Tony has always had an interest in accounting and finance. After starting college at the University of Maryland, while in the United States Air Force, and later finishing at Albright College, he worked for a local CPA firm for four years. He later saw an opportunity with one of the firm’s clients and took a position as the CFO and Vice President of Finance at a manufacturing company. There he obtained his CPA designation and spent over 25 years dealing with all things financial. In addition he negotiated labor contracts with the Teamsters and the United Food and Commercial Workers Unions, never incurring a strike or a lockout. Instead an atmosphere of understanding and respect for the other parties developed into win-win negotiations benefiting both sides of the negotiation table. That excellent relationship still continues today and serves as part of the basis for an outstanding relationship with our clients. Tony's son, Michael, spent a few years working side by side on the manufacturing floor learning the importance of respect for the “working man”. Again, this became part of the basis for the excellent relationships that our firm enjoys today with our clients.
